Privacy policy

Schools use Beehive to log student incidents and keep intervention plans up to date. Accounts are issued by your school, and access is limited to the staff your school authorises.

Student records are used only to support the work your school does with those students. There are no student photos, and parents have no access.

Cookies

Beehive sets three cookies, all on its own domain and none for advertising or tracking:sessionid keeps you signed in for the working day;csrftoken protects the forms you submit from being forged by another site; beehive_locale remembers the interface language you chose. They are sent only over secure connections. Signing out removes the session cookie.

The full privacy policy is provided to your school as part of its agreement with Beehive. Your school administrator can give you a copy.
